Last updated: July 5, 2026. This policy explains what information InstantSMS collects and how it is used.
Messages received on public temporary numbers are visible to anyone who visits the corresponding inbox URL. Do not use public numbers for sensitive personal, financial, or account-recovery verifications.
When you browse InstantSMS, we may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and analytics data through third-party tools configured in our integrations settings.
If you create an account for API access or private numbers, we store account identifiers you provide (such as email) and authentication credentials you register (such as passkeys).
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, session management, and optional analytics or advertising integrations when enabled.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.
SMS messages on public numbers are retained for a limited period and may be removed when numbers are recycled. Account-related data is kept while your account remains active or as required by law.
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
